Description

Lead the testing team in designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks using Cucumber, Selenium, and Java to ensure software quality and reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks from scratch using Cucumber, Selenium, and Java.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts and scenarios to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, track, and resolve software defects.
• Monitor testing progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies for timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members on testing best practices and methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
• Proficiency in Java programming for automation purposes.
• Hands-on experience with Cucumber and Selenium WebDriver.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proven experience creating and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in agile or fast-paced team environments.
