Description

You will own the automation strategy and implementation for quality assurance within the platform.

Responsibilities

• Implement the shift-left test strategy across the technology platform.
• Partner with DevOps engineers to automate testing within the CI/CD pipeline.
• Decompose user stories to define and automate required test coverage across all levels.
• Participate in product design reviews to embed quality practices early in the SDLC.
• Document and manage test environment and data provisioning strategies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in testing automation engineering (UI and API).
• Proficiency writing code in JavaScript ES6/TypeScript.
• Experience with Cucumber BDD testing framework (Gherkin syntax).
• Experience with Node.js or other JavaScript runtime environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD supporting technologies: GIT, GitLab, Docker.
• Extensive knowledge of White Box Testing practices.
• Experience automating API testing, including mocks, stubs, and virtual services.
• Deep understanding of shift-left test practices and related tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with testing frameworks like MS Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience with JSforce or other Salesforce API libraries.
• Experience in SOQL language.
