Description

You will own the automated testing lifecycle for web services and APIs, ensuring stability through rigorous execution and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Execute automation testing using Selenium, Cucumber-Java, and Gherkin syntax.
• Perform manual and automated validation for web services and APIs.
• Support IBM SI installations, specifically SSP and EA Clusters.
• Document and track defects using Jira while liaising with remote teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Proficiency with Selenium and Cucumber-Java frameworks.
• Experience writing tests in Gherkin.
• Hands-on experience with web service and API testing.
• Practical knowledge of IBM SI, specifically SSP and EA Cluster installation.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SDM/Horizon automation or IBM Sterling Integrator 4.x/5.x.
• Test case creation using JUnit or NUnit.
• Load testing with Apache JMeter and knowledge of PGP encryption.
