Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing for banking backend applications.
• Validate backend data processing, file-based workflows, and inter-system integrations.
• Perform API validation and test execution using Postman and related tools.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases while supporting defect triage and issue tracking.
• Partner with developers and analysts to clarify requirements and verify fixes.

Experience:

• 3 to 8 years of experience in software testing, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Selenium, automated testing, and API testing.
• Experience validating backend systems, integrations, and data flows in enterprise applications.
• Ability to work with SQL for data validation and test verification.
• Experience with test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management in Agile delivery.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Azure Cloud, Postman, Kafka, ETL concepts, JMeter, Git, and Kubernetes.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
