Description

You will own end-to-end QA automation for complex telecom ecosystems, focusing on NetCracker OSS, ServiceNow, and Salesforce integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for black-box, white-box, and regression testing across telecom domains.
• Validate fault management, alarm correlations, and incident ticketing workflows within Service Assurance contexts.
• Simulate network failures to verify alerting accuracy and root-cause analysis in xPON, IP, and Optical environments.
• Test complex data flows between NetCracker OSS, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Element Management Systems (Nokia/Adtran).
• Provide monthly night deployment testing and weekly evening support during maintenance windows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in QA automation and end-to-end testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Tosca and UFT for test automation.
• Strong understanding of telecom network architectures and hardware domains (xPON, IP, Optical).
• Hands-on experience with NetCracker OSS, ServiceNow, and Salesforce integrations.
• Familiarity with Element Management Systems, specifically Nokia and Adtran platforms.
• Deep knowledge of NOC workflows, including incident, event, and network inventory management.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with service assurance testing and alarm correlation logic.
• Previous work in large-scale OSS/BSS environments.
