Description

Lead automation testing efforts within SAFe Agile scrum teams to ensure product quality and requirement traceability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Behavior Driven Development (BDD) methodology.
• Perform functional, automation, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing across different validation stages.
• Participate in requirements and design reviews with Product, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure efficient test coverage.
• Design and implement testing strategies, plans, and exit reports, including the conditioning of reusable test data.
• Manage daily status reporting for automation initiatives and ensure traceability of test results back to user stories.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in QA Automation.
• Highly proficient in Java and Selenium.
• Extensive experience testing applications on the Adobe AEM platform.
• Expertise in Cucumber Framework and Gherkin language.
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and automated script creation/modification.
• Proven track record working within CI/CD build and test cycles.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Agile-hybrid environments.
• Ability to debug complex financial applications and manage test artifacts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
