Description

You will design, execute, and automate test cases to ensure software quality across web-based applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases based on functional specifications and software requirements.
• Review code changes with technical teams to assess risk and tailor testing strategies.
• Create, track, and manage defects to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Participate in software requirement, specification, and design reviews.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Model Office verification as required.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of professional software testing experience, including web-based testing.
• Hands-on proficiency with Selenium and Load Runner.
• Experience with testing management tools such as Rally.
• Proficiency with HP Unified Functional Testing (UFT).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Scripting experience for test automation.
• Ability to identify data requirements and relationships within business processes.
• Familiarity with technical architectures including mainframe, client-server, network, and database.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry.
• Demonstrable experience creating automated functional test scripts.
