Description

You will lead QA automation efforts, owning the strategy and implementation of test frameworks for banking domain applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust automation frameworks using Python.
• Translate manual test cases into automated scripts and execute them.
• Integrate automation suites into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify defects and ensure quality standards.

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on QA.
• Expertise in any major Automation Tool or Framework.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt automation strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python libraries commonly used in QA (e.g., pytest, unittest).
• Familiarity with API testing automation.
