You will lead the design and implementation of automated testing solutions for the Atlanta office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
• Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report metrics.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts.
• Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and automation strategy.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Automation Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in API & UI automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, JBehave).
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for backend validation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML-based testing strategies.
• Experience in retail or loyalty domain.
