Description

Lead automation testing efforts across multiple platforms, architectures, and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage automation frameworks from scratch to support regression and repeatable testing.
• Direct the development of test plans, test cases, and reusable test assets for front-end and back-end QA.
• Manage offshore and onshore team models to execute automated test iterations and track results.
• Set up, manage, and monitor test environments to streamline release management.
• Coordinate bug fixes and troubleshoot issues by working closely with stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing automation test projects.
• Proficiency in coding with Java and scripting with Python.
• Hands-on experience building frameworks using Selenium, Robot, Cucumber, or TestNG.
• Experience working within Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Practical experience with cloud environments, specifically AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of code coverage concepts and agile processes.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced expertise with the Robot Framework.
