Description

You will lead quality initiatives by defining and driving end-to-end testing and automation strategies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate quality requirements from Product Owners into actionable testing and automation strategies.
• Define and drive the automation roadmap and broader quality transformation initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation of automation solutions using Playwright.
• Create and maintain test cases and scenarios, ensuring accurate tracking within Jira.
• Champion Quality Engineering best practices and act as the primary point of contact for QA activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a QA Lead or Product QA Lead role.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Test Automation, specifically Playwright.
• Solid understanding of QE processes, test lifecycle, and automation best practices.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for test and defect management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
