Key Responsibilities

Lead the QA Automation team and define automation testing strategy.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.

Automate UI, API, and regression test suites.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

Review test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.

Monitor automation execution and prepare quality metrics and status reports.

Mentor QA engineers and establish testing best practices.

Required Skills

8+ years of QA experience with at least 2-3 years in a lead role.

Strong experience in automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Playwright, or TestComplete.

Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.

Experience with TestNG, JUnit, or NUnit.

Strong API testing experience using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI
