Lead testing efforts by bridging business requirements and technical execution. Own the quality strategy for both functional and automation testing.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate test strategies, plans, and cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and functional needs.
• Direct offshore functional and automation leads to drive testing execution.
• Manage end-to-end workflows for both functional and automation testing.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in QA or automation roles.
• Strong API testing skills, covering both functional and automation aspects.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Proven expertise in automation testing frameworks and tools.
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams.
• Ability to interpret business requirements for technical implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
