Description

Lead QA automation strategy, framework design, and team execution for capital markets products. Ensure test coverage, CI/CD integration, and data pipeline validation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks using Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Build and implement CI/CD automation strategies for testing using Jenkins, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps.
• Develop automated test scripts for ETL/ELT solutions, data warehouses, and API/microservice layers.
• Analyze root causes of defects, optimize test suites, and provide metrics on test execution and quality.
• Manage team resources, define goals, and drive technical roadmap implementation for enterprise test strategies.

Required Skills

• Expert-level scripting in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Experience with BDD/TDD tools like Cucumber, JBehave, or Jasmine, and UI automation with Selenium.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline tools: Jenkins, Bamboo, Azure DevOps.
• Proven expertise in testing ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and relational/OLAP databases.
• Minimum 7 years in Financial Domain, including 5 years in Capital Markets and 3 years in Foreign Exchange.
• Experience with Azure SQL DB, Azure Data Factory, Talend, Azure Data Lake, and Blob Storage.
• Strong analytical skills for complex business logic, performance testing, and ROI analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Certification.
• Experience recruiting and building high-performance QA teams.
