Description

Lead the design and execution of enterprise test automation strategies for capital markets applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain automated testing frameworks using BDD and TDD methodologies.
• Implement CI/CD automation strategies to ensure early and frequent test feedback.
• Analyze root causes of defects and optimize existing automation suites for regression and system testing.
• Build and manage high-performance QA teams, including resource planning and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design testable applications and define technical roadmaps.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Financial Domain, including 5+ years in Capital Markets and 3+ years in Foreign Exchange.
• Expertise in scripting and test automation using Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong experience with BDD/TDD tools such as Cucumber, JBehave, or Jasmine.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience designing automated tests for ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, and OLAP databases.
• Ability to test APIs, microservices, and UI layers for data extraction and consumption modules.
• Strong analytical skills for understanding complex business logic and financial calculations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Azure SQL DB, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake.
• Azure Certification.
