Description

Own the enterprise test strategy, automation frameworks, and QA team leadership for capital markets products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks using BDD/TDD tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead technical proof-of-concept studies and resolve complex defects through root cause analysis.
• Manage resource planning, performance feedback, and hiring for the QA team.
• Optimize regression and system testing suites to ensure early and frequent feedback.
• Communicate test metrics and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ in Financial Domain and 5+ in Capital Markets.
• Expertise in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL for automation scripting.
• Strong experience with Cucumber, Selenium, Jenkins, Bamboo, or Azure DevOps.
• Proven ability to design automated tests for ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouses.
• Experience testing APIs, microservices, and Azure SQL DB/Azure DW.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD strategies for testing and release management.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Foreign Exchange markets and Talend/Azure Data Factory.
• Azure Certification.
