Description

Lead end-to-end testing strategy and automation for Mortgage Origination projects using the Empower by Dark Matter platform. Drive quality governance, shift-left practices, and continuous improvement across Agile Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategy, planning, and defect management for business-critical mortgage projects.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Implement Behavior Driven Development (BDD) with Cucumber and generate automation reports.
• Conduct API functional and automation testing using Postman, SOAP UI, and Karate Framework.
• Perform database, ETL, and data warehouse testing using complex SQL queries.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in QA Automation and Agile Quality Management.
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java.
• Experience with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber.
• Proficiency with TestNG, Maven, and Git.
• Strong experience in API testing using Postman, SOAP UI, and Karate Framework.
• Experience with Test Management and Defect Management processes.
• Knowledge of Mortgage Origination or Mortgage Servicing domain.
• Strong experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in ETL testing, Data Warehouse testing, and SQL validation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Empower Loan Origination System by Dark Matter.
• Experience implementing Shift-Left testing practices.
