Description

Own the test automation strategy and execution for distributed, mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement E2E automation frameworks using Webdriver.io, Cucumber.js, and TypeScript for Angular UIs.
• Develop REST API test automation using Node.js, Cucumber.js, and TypeScript.
• Execute system testing and regression suites using Ansible, Bash scripting, Kubectl, and Helm.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, TeamCity, and GitLab.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define test scope, clarify requirements, and report on quality metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automated testing of distributed systems.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Webdriver.io and Cucumber.js.
• Solid knowledge of containerization, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab, or TeamCity.
• Proficiency in load testing using JMeter, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Strong understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and scripting.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and test management tools like TestRail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Ansible, Bash, and Python for system testing.
• Knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL, Neo4j, and TimescaleDB.
• Experience with cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
