Description

Lead regression and integration testing efforts for web and cloud applications while remaining hands-on for critical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead automation teams and manage regression and integration testing workflows.
• Mentor QA engineers and assign daily tasks and workloads.
• Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts for business entity end users.
• Monitor daily test reporting and identify potential project risks.
• Manage the full bug and defect lifecycle within Agile frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of QA Automation experience.
• 4-5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong experience testing APIs and databases.
• Proficiency in writing database queries to validate data.
• Working knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with defect management processes.
• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly in remote environments.
• Experience testing large-scale applications.
