Description

Lead automation efforts and drive testing strategy across web and API layers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, WebDriver, and MS Playwright.
• Design and execute API testing strategies using REST, JSON, SOAP UI, and Rest Assured.
• Develop test suites within Java and Node.js environments.
• Manage test data and database validation using MySQL and MS SQL Server.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines via Jenkins and Gitlab.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation.
• Proficiency in Java with strong OOPs principles.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, WebDriver, and TestNG.
• Experience with MS Playwright and Headless Browser testing.
• Strong API testing skills using BDD, REST, JSON, and Karate.
• Expertise in Maven, Apache POI, and Log4j.
• Ability to work with Cucumber, JBehave, JUnit, and Robot Framework.
• Database experience with Aqua Data Studio, Toad, MySQL, and MS SQL Server.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes orchestration and CA ITKO LISA virtualization.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum using Jira or Rally.
