Description

Lead end-to-end testing deliverables and manage a team of 10-12 members to ensure high-quality program delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage team goals, appraisals, and professional development plans for 10-12 engineers.
• Collaborate with Architects and Scrum teams to ensure requirements are testable and automatable.
• Develop and maintain frameworks supporting continuous integration and deployment.
• Design and implement proofs-of-concept for QA automation to drive process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and document testing best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
• 3-4 years developing API and UI automation test scripts using the Cypress BDD framework.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data validation.
• Experience with Cypress for end-to-end testing.
• Ability to review software requirements and prepare comprehensive test scenarios.
• Experience using test management tools such as VSTS.
• Any Graduate degree.
