Description

Lead the quality assurance strategy and execution for complex enterprise applications, owning the automation framework from design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, and integration testing.
• Design and implement continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute test plans for complex data-driven workflows and enterprise integrations.
• Manage defect lifecycles using Jira and drive quality improvements across teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and guide junior engineers on best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software quality assurance experience with significant hands-on automation.
• 3+ years of specific experience with Cypress.
• Proficiency in test automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Postman.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of SDLC/STLC processes and QA methodologies.
• Experience testing complex enterprise applications and integrations.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
