Description

Lead automation testing efforts across multiple platforms, architectures, and cloud environments. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automation frameworks from scratch to support regression and repeatable testing.
• Manage automation test projects and lead teams using an offshore-onshore model.
• Develop test plans, identify testable events, and create reusable test assets.
• Set up, manage, and monitor test environments to streamline release management.
• Execute automated test iterations, track results, and coordinate bug fixes throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in quality assurance and automation.
• Proven experience building automation frameworks using Selenium.
• Proficiency in coding with Java and scripting with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and SDLC processes.
• Experience working within AWS or GCP cloud environments.
• Expertise in automated test frameworks such as Robot, Cucumber, or TestNG.
• Strong understanding of code coverage concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Robot Framework.
