Description

Lead QA processes across multiple projects to ensure high-quality deliverables and manage testing lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks from scratch using Cypress.
• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Execute manual testing and develop automation scripts for regression testing as required.
• Mentor team members in QA best practices, automation strategies, and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define and refine testing requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proven experience building E2E automation frameworks using Cypress.
• Strong expertise in API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Proficiency with Git version control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing automation in GitLab CI/CD pipelines or using Newman for API automation.
• Knowledge of Linux/UNIX platforms, AWS cloud environments, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to read and write code in various programming languages.
