Description

Lead QA processes across multiple projects to ensure high-quality deliverables within defined timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement E2E test automation frameworks from scratch using Cypress.
• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Automate manual test cases into regression suites and maintain existing automated scripts.
• Perform API testing and ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Mentor team members on QA best practices, automation strategies, and testing methodologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing.
• Proven experience developing E2E test automation frameworks using Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Applied knowledge of Git version control systems.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring and upskilling QA team members.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Implementation of automation in GitLab CI/CD pipelines or using Newman for API automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Linux/UNIX platforms, and AWS cloud environments.
• Ability to read and write code in various programming languages.
