Description

You will lead QA processes and automation strategy across multiple projects to ensure high-quality software deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks from scratch using Cypress.
• Develop and document detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts for comprehensive coverage.
• Execute manual testing and build automation scripts for regression testing.
• Mentor team members on QA best practices, automation strategies, and testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to define and refine testing requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and QA leadership.
• Proven experience developing E2E test automation frameworks using Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
• Applied knowledge of Git version control.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing automation in GitLab CI/CD pipelines or using Newman for API automation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Linux/UNIX platforms, and AWS cloud environments.
• Ability to read and write code in any programming language.
