Description

You will lead automation testing efforts across multiple platforms and cloud environments throughout the SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test frameworks from scratch to support regression and repeatable testing.
• Manage automation test projects and lead teams using an offshore-onshore model.
• Develop test plans, identify testable events, and create reusable test assets and scripts.
• Set up, manage, and monitor test environments to streamline release management to QA environments.
• Execute automated test iterations, track results, and coordinate bug fixes with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and managing test projects.
• Proficiency in coding with Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience building frameworks using Selenium, Robot, Cucumber, or TestNG.
• Experience working in Linux environments.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD concepts and code coverage.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
• Strong client-facing communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Deep expertise with the Robot Framework.
