Description

You will lead QA automation efforts across complex banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale UI, API, and database automation frameworks.
• Integrate automated test suites into CICD pipelines with quality gates and parallelization.
• Lead a squad of SDETs, managing capacity planning, mentoring, and upskilling.
• Translate banking use cases into automated scenarios and manage defect triage.
• Drive shift left practices and observability through production validation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in software testing or quality engineering, with 5 years leading SDET automation teams.
• Strong hands-on coding in Java for test automation frameworks and utilities.
• Expertise in designing tests for microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Proven delivery of CICD integrated automation at scale.
• BFSI domain experience, specifically core banking or payments.
• Proficiency with automation tools including Selenium, RestAssured, Postman, Cucumber, TestNG, and JUnit.
• Solid grasp of SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with log analysis tools like Splunk, Sumo, or Grafana.
