Description

Lead automation test efforts and manage resources for large, complex projects across multiple functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Translate automation requirements into technical specifications, conceptual solutions, and designs.
• Manage the automation SDLC process to ensure quality and adherence to process controls.
• Coach and mentor automation team members while managing workloads and documentation.
• Drive strategic automation initiatives and lead proof-of-concept activities.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project managers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Proven experience in Automation QA and Project QA.
• Ability to lead large-scale automation projects and manage technical teams.
• Experience working within an Agile model.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Experience with ETL testing environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
