Description

Lead end-to-end testing efforts and drive the automation strategy for complex releases in Houston, TX.

You will own the full testing lifecycle, from requirement analysis to release sign-off.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain automation frameworks independently to support sprint automation models.
• Execute sanity, functional, and regression testing while providing consolidated release sign-off reports.
• Manage the bug life cycle, prioritizing issues and representing quality status during release cut-over calls.
• Collaborate with business teams, application developers, and offshore leads to resolve requirements and technical challenges.
• Prepare test plans and estimations for complex releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Extensive experience with REST API testing and automation.
• Proficiency in developing automation scripts and managing frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Maven, TestNG, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Experience participating in Scrum ceremonies and requirements grooming.
• Ability to work independently and manage project testing cycles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
