Description

You will lead QA automation efforts for Equity Derivatives and Trading systems, managing middle office, back office, and static data domains. You will own the release quality for post-trade life cycle systems and BAU requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of automation engineers to deliver global projects and business-as-usual requirements.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks using Java, Selenium, Robot Framework, and Cucumber.
• Execute API automation strategies using Rest Assured for backend validation.
• Conduct database and backend testing to ensure data integrity across post-trade systems.
• Collaborate with agile technology experts to define quality standards and release criteria.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java programming and test automation.
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium, Robot Framework, and Cucumber.
• Strong understanding of API automation using Rest Assured.
• Experience with database testing and backend system validation.
• Proven track record of leading QA teams in previous roles.
• Experience with cloud technologies like AWS is beneficial.
