Overview:

This is a QA Automation role requiring 4 days/week onsite at CTC. The team works across the US, UK, and India (approx. 25 members) and supports entertainment device platforms such as Xumo TV, Flex, and similar products. The focus is on test automation, building/maintaining automation scripts, and integrating modern engineering practices including CI/CD and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and enhance automation test scripts
• Perform functional and automation testing across entertainment device platforms
• Collaborate with distributed teams in the US, UK, and India
• Participate in development-related activities and work alongside engineering teams
• Incorporate AI workflows into test and engineering processes
• Support deployments and work within CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to stability, quality, and speed to market across releases

Qualifications:

• 6–8+ years of relevant QA/automation experience
• Strong coding ability in JavaScript or Python
• Experience with Node.js, automation frameworks, and ideally Cypress
• Background working on development projects, not just testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment tools, and Jenkins
• Experience in the entertainment/media/device domain (preferred)
• Ability to adapt to change and deliver high-quality work quickly
