Description

Lead the design and execution of test automation frameworks and suites within an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test automation frameworks and suites.
• Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and design documents.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Quality Engineers across multiple teams.
• Identify and resolve integration issues between application software and other components.
• Mentor Quality Engineers on testing strategies, tools, and frameworks, while conducting performance reviews and interviews.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software testing and writing automation in Java, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 7+ years of experience planning, designing, and implementing testing strategies and automation infrastructure for large-scale systems.
• 7+ years of experience working with distributed, remote agile product development teams.
• 1+ year of experience leading Quality Engineers.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience in Quality Assurance and product development best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
