Key Responsibilities

Lead QA automation strategy, framework development, and implementation.

Develop and maintain automated test solutions using Java and Python.

Automate functional, API, regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing.

Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

Design testing solutions for AWS, cloud applications, and microservices.

Conduct code reviews and mentor QA engineers.

Drive shift-left testing, quality engineering, and continuous improvement.

Explore AI/Generative AI for test generation, test data, defect analysis, and automation optimization.

Define QA metrics and support release readiness.

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in QA Automation and Technical Leadership.

Proficiency in Java and/or Python.

Strong SQL and database knowledge.

Experience with API testing, microservices, and automation frameworks.

Hands-on experience with AWS and CI/CD/DevOps.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI-driven testing or Generative AI.

Performance testing and cloud-native testing experience.

Experience establishing automation standards, QA metrics, and governance
