Description

Lead testing activities for a major product platform implementation while interacting with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategy and test approach to meet project timelines without compromising quality.
• Drive in-sprint test automation for feature delivery aligned with development cycles.
• Monitor project quality and process, alerting the project manager to deviations and risks.
• Guide and mentor the testing team in implementing best practices across various testing types.
• Report test metrics, progress, and quality status accurately to client stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of working experience.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps processes specific to testing.
• Experience with System Testing, Regression Testing, Performance Testing, and Security Testing.
• Ability to interact with client stakeholders to define testing needs and quality gating criteria.
• Experience driving end-to-end functional and automation testing coverage.
• Proven capability in designing and developing test automation frameworks.
