Description

Own the quality assurance and automation strategy for the software development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test automation frameworks and solutions.
• Execute automated regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with developers and vendors to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve defects.
• Estimate, prioritize, and plan testing activities based on interpreted requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis on internal and external data to drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in software testing or related IT roles.
• Minimum 1 year of experience using automated testing tools.
• Proficiency in query authoring using SQL and working with relational databases.
• Experience reading and interpreting XML and JSON payloads.
• Ability to design automation frameworks and implement test strategies.
• Experience with defect tracking suites and project management tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to isolate defects and ensure data flow between systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
