Description

You will own the development and maintenance of automated test suites across the full solution stack.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Automate API testing and manage mocks, stubs, and virtual services to meet test requirements.
• Design and implement tests covering unit, business logic, contract, usability, functional, and performance aspects.
• Apply White Box Testing practices and adhere to Software Engineering best practices throughout the SDLC.
• Champion shift-left testing practices using appropriate frameworks and tools.
• Provide hands-on training to existing testers on writing and using automation scripts.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in test automation engineering with API based testing.
• Proficiency writing code in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Expertise in GraphQL testing and graph schema validation.
• Experience with REST API testing best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitLab, and Docker.
• Experience utilizing AWS services including CloudWatch, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Proficiency with open-source testing frameworks like Jest.
• Experience with load testing technologies such as LoadRunner or Gatling.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies within an Agile Framework.
