Description

You will lead and manage QA automation testing projects from start to finish.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure coverage.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers to fix issues.
• Provide guidance to junior QA team members.
• Stay current on QA automation trends and recommend best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years experience in QA Automation Testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong command of Java and Python.
• Experience with TestNG and JUnit.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile Methodologies.
• Any Graduate education level.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JMeter or LoadRunner for performance testing.
• Familiarity with Jenkins or GitLab for CI/CD.
