Description

You will own the quality assurance strategy and automation implementation for the product.

Responsibilities

• Assess product complexity to determine appropriate test strategies across functional, integration, system, performance, scalability, and resource leaks.
• Build and maintain smoke and regression test suites, ensuring comprehensive product coverage.
• Formulate and maintain test architecture and design, including test framework development.
• Drive root-cause analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Develop quality assurance metrics, such as defect densities and open defect counts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in QA testing or related fields.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and Java for automation development.
• Experience using BDD frameworks like Cucumber and Gherkin.
• Familiarity with version control using GitHub.
• Competence in test execution and defect tracking using Jira.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with XPath for element identification.
