Description

You will manage verification and automation of credit and security documentation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate the authenticity of credit documents and collateral assets.
• Review and arrange credit and security documentation against established checklists.
• Lodge documents into GLCMS or T24 systems as reviews progress.
• Scan and index credit and security files following agreed procedures.
• Prepare periodic progress reports covering completed cases, discrepancies, and missing documentation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance or documentation verification.
• Automation testing expertise.
• Selenium.
• Jira.
• Experience with GLCMS or T24 systems.
• Ability to ensure accurate indexing of mandate files and security documentation.
• Strict adherence to dual custody procedures for sensitive document handling.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
• Collaboration with Project Team, PB CAD Team, and Record Management Team.
