Description

You will automate and validate complex application features across multiple channels, including IVR, Live Chat, Web, and Mobile.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate functional tests using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and Python.
• Develop and execute API test automation using Rest Assured, SoapUI, or Postman.
• Test digital banking workflows across IVR, Live Chat, Web, and Mobile applications.
• Trace and report defects across integrated backend banking systems and enterprise tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation and functional testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and Python.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Rest Assured, SoapUI, or Postman.
• Proficiency with build tools Gradle and Maven.
• Strong experience with version control using Git and Bit Bucket.
• Hands-on knowledge of Jira and Confluence for defect and documentation management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) best practices.
• Understanding of contact center operations and backend banking systems.
