Description

You will own automation and functional testing across IVR, chat, web, and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Automate functional tests using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, and Python.
• Automate API tests using Rest Assured, SoapUI, or Postman.
• Validate workflows across contact center operations, digital banking, and backend systems.
• Trace and report defects across multiple integrated systems using Jira or ALM.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in QA Automation.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Experience with API testing tools (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman).
• Hands-on experience with build tools: Gradle and Maven.
• Proficiency with version control systems: Git and Bit Bucket.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect tracking (Jira, ALM).
• Knowledge of contact center operations and digital banking workflows.
• Understanding of UAT best practices and test data management.
