Description

You own the end-to-end quality strategy across distributed and mainframe platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and validate data-migration flows between mainframe and distributed tiers.
• Build and maintain automation within CI/CD pipelines for regression suites.
• Define test roadmaps and metrics, such as defect leakage and test coverage.
• Partner with Product, DevOps, and Engineering to embed quality throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automated frameworks.
• Expertise in Playwright for UI automation.
• Proficiency with Cucumber for BDD implementation.
• Hands-on experience with legacy mainframe systems and data validation.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, DevOps).
• Familiarity with test management (TestRail, Qtest) and defect tracking (JIRA).
• Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to translate technical test results for both technical and non-technical audiences.
