Description

You will act as a dual QA and Business Analyst for Fixed Income Electronic Trading platforms, covering bonds, derivatives, and other fixed income instruments.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance efforts by conducting manual, functional, regression, and UAT testing on trading workflows, order execution, and risk management.
• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed test cases.
• Execute end-to-end testing for integrations with external liquidity providers, trading venues, and market data feeds.
• Validate real-time trading, trade life-cycle, execution, and settlement processes.
• Manage defect reporting and issue tracking using JIRA to coordinate resolutions with development teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in QA and Business Analysis within Fixed Income electronic trading environments.
• Deep knowledge of Fixed Income products including Credit, Rates, ETFs, or Muni products.
• Experience with electronic trading platforms such as MarketAxess, Tradeweb, Bloomberg, or Brokertec.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Linux environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Expertise in manual testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing workflows.
• Proficiency with Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, and TestRail.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal and Tradeweb.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ION Trading.
