Validate data and reporting functionalities as they migrate to Salesforce for a major banking client.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into actionable test cases.
• Design and execute test plans for Salesforce dashboards, focusing on technical functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with developers and BSAs to resolve identified issues and support successful deployment.
• Leverage analytical skills to provide insights that enhance the overall user experience.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as an Analyst or QA professional.
• Proven experience in validation testing.
• Experience with functionality and interface design.
• Ability to derive business insights from data.
• Strong attention to detail regarding data accuracy.
• Experience with Alteryx.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM or dashboard testing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
