Description

You will test data analytics applications and databases to ensure quality and functionality. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Execute automation test cases and convert requirements into detailed test scripts.
• Create, execute, and maintain test plans within qTest.
• Perform API, mobile, and SQL database testing.
• Generate test metrics and reports to track progress and quality.
• Coordinate with offshore testers, developers, and Scrum Masters to meet deliverables.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in automation and manual testing within Agile environments.
• Strong expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL and HiveQL.
• Experience with Hadoop and ETL/Database testing.
• Proficiency with qTest or ALM Octane.
• Ability to communicate daily progress and status updates to stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience attending Scrum ceremonies and collaborating with upstream and downstream teams.
