Description

You will lead quality assurance objectives and processes across multiple programs and high-complexity enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate testing results against predetermined goals to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as Test Manager or Lead on complex projects across multiple development environments.
• Facilitate the adoption of enterprise testing practices to increase IT delivery quality.
• Introduce and manage organizational change using proven change management techniques.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT and business experience, including 5 years in Quality Assurance.
• Experience working within the healthcare industry.
• Deep knowledge of industry best practices for Software Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency with Tricentis Tools.
• Experience with Dev Ops and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Test Data Management.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with executives and peers.
