Description

You will analyze and validate healthcare data to support quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Write advanced Redshift SQL queries involving multi-CTE, temp-table, and window-function logic.
• Support measure logic builds and perform numerator/denominator analysis for quality programs.
• Develop scripts to QA data, validate records, and reconcile data between sources and outputs.
• Work with claims (institutional, professional, dental, pharmacy) and clinical data sources (lab, immunization, supplemental).
• Collaborate on QA, testing, and validation of outbound datasets.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years healthcare data analytics experience covering claims, encounters, and quality measures.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift / PostgreSQL - SQL (DDL, DML, joins, window functions, temp tables).
• Experience with Git or version control tools and Excel.
• Understanding of HEDIS or payer quality measure logic.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Strong attention to detail and disciplined approach to QA and data integrity.
• Ability to follow complex logic trees and trace end-to-end data flow.
