Description

You will ensure data accuracy and pipeline integrity for the Enterprise Data Platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Engineers, Analysts, and stakeholders to define quality requirements.
• Develop and implement test cases for ETL/ELT pipelines, data transformation, and ingestion.
• Perform data validation, execute manual or automated tests, and analyze results.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data issues, failures, and inconsistencies.
• Design and implement automated testing scripts to improve testing efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data testing, or quality assurance.
• Strong proficiency in advanced SQL and data validation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with GCP data services including BigQuery and Dataflow.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks for data (e.g., Great Expectations, dbt tests).
• Experience working with and integrating Retail Data.
• Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree.
