Description

Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, and Core Java for enterprise banking applications.

Execute functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality software delivery across complex systems.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to validate requirements and deliver robust testing solutions.

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and support Quality Engineering best practices within Agile environments.

Analyze test results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and drive timely resolution of quality issues.

Mentor QA teams establish automation standards and ensure compliance with quality governance and banking industry requirements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including 3+ years in a QA Architect or Test Automation Architect role.

Strong hands-on expertise in Java-based test automation using Selenium, Playwright, Core Java, API automation, and CI/CD integration.

Experience within the banking or financial services domain, with exposure to core banking systems, mainframe applications, and Agile delivery environments
